Olive-green Fassaite and small, glittering black Spinel crystals coat the top of this specimen. On the underside of the matrix, a pocket exposes a brown Vesuvianite crystal. This piece was found by Wein in July 1979, near the Sulden Glaciers in Vinschgau Valley, South Tyrol, Italy. The original label from the prominent alpine collector Rolf Wein is included.
