Shipping and Return Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days (in addition to shipping time) for us to carefully pack and ship your order!

We can only offer limited international shipping at this time. For international shipping please allow for additional time and contact us directly via email for assistance. We are not responsible for any additional Customs fees. Our website platform does not currently support international shipping of individual items over $2,500, but please email us if you are interested in one of these items and we can arrange shipment and documentation via Paypal. 

If your purchase was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

If you are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of the package's delivery. We will offer a 90% refund less shipping costs once we receive the specimen and confirm it is in the same condition as when it was mailed.
